Desktop launcher · Python · MCP
One launcher for all your Python tools.
Omniscient Master Suite is a desktop launcher for your Python tools. Every app is a
window, a command line, an MCP tool for Claude, Cursor and Codex, and a node in a workflow
editor — all from one manifest, so they can never drift apart.

What you get
App registry
Every app ships a manifest: its actions, typed inputs and outputs, requirements and
permissions. Read all of it here before you run anything.

MCP for Claude, Cursor and Codex
A handful of generic tools — search, describe, run — make every action
callable by an AI. Destructive actions can be previewed with a dry run.

Workflows and the node editor
Wire one app’s output into another’s input. A pipeline is a plain JSON
document you can build in the editor, run from the command line, or send over MCP.
How workflows work
Vault sync across devices
Your secrets vault syncs as ciphertext. This server stores one encrypted blob per
OmniumPortal account and cannot read it.

Clip Timeline
Video & audio
Put the shots of a short film in order. Load a zip or folder of clips (numbered shots land on the timeline in order, extras wait in the bin), drag to reorder, trim, replace or remove shots, add transitions (46 effects, or spread them automatically by scene change), vary shot lengths with Scene dynamism (never cutting into loud sound), lay music/voice on two audio lanes, preview it all live and render one mp4.
Bulk File Ops
Files & backup
Bulk-organise files in a folder: move everything of a given extension into a destination, sort files into date-based subfolders, or flatten a nested tree back to one level - every operation previews as a dry-run first and can be undone.
Clipboard Tools
Clipboard & system
Read, write, append to, and transform the system clipboard's text: get the current contents, set or append new text, or apply a quick transform (case, whitespace, line sort/dedupe).
Google Drive
Web & scraping
List, upload and download files on Google Drive using an OAuth2 token kept in the vault, never in code.
JSON Toolkit
Data & charts
Analyse, clean and flatten JSON files: word-frequency and structure stats, a normalised copy, or a human-readable text outline, for one file or a whole folder.
Twitter Poster
Social & publishing
Post text and image tweets to X/Twitter, one-off or as a batch from a folder, using OAuth1 credentials kept in the vault, never in code.
Automatic Captioner
Images
Generate a short caption or accessibility alt text for an image using a local Ollama vision model. Runs entirely offline; caption one image live or batch a whole folder to a captions.json file.
ComfyUI Tools
AI & ML
Utilities for ComfyUI workflow JSON files: strip embedded base64 image blobs to shrink them, inspect node counts and types, and extract the text prompts buried inside a workflow or prompt export.
Extension Tools
Files & backup
Bulk add, remove, or swap file extensions across a whole folder. Every rename can be previewed as a dry-run first and undone afterwards.
Audio Remux
Video & audio
Swap a video's audio track for a new one, strip the audio entirely, or pull the audio out as mp3/wav - all via ffmpeg, stream-copying video whenever possible. The source file is never modified.
DeviantArt Uploader
Social & publishing
Submit artwork to DeviantArt via its OAuth2 API - stash and publish images as real deviations, using OAuth2 credentials kept in the vault, never in code.
Device Info
Clipboard & system
Report this machine at a glance: OS and CPU details, RAM and swap, disk usage per drive, network interfaces with their IPs, and every connected display.
One action, four surfaces
Clip Timeline declares import once.
The suite turns that single declaration into all of this.
Window
The app opens in its own window in the launcher and calls the same function when you press its button.
Command line
shell Copy
python app.py --action import --params '{"source": "D:/path/to/source"}'
MCP tool
mcp Copy
run_action("clip-timeline", "import", {"source": "D:/path/to/source"})
Workflow node
json Copy
{
"id": "n0",
"app": "clip-timeline",
"action": "import",
"params": {
"source": "D:/path/to/source"
},
"inputs": {}
}
Install
The suite runs from its source folder today: Z:\Claude\omniscient31,
started with start.bat (or Omniscient debug.bat to watch the console).
It needs Python 3.10 or newer with PyQt6.
There is no download on this site yet. A one-line installer will be added here later.
